Crew Monitoring

In-App Multi Crew Monitoring allows operators to access real-time information about in-progress routes as well as the ability to instantly call and message your operators. Making it easier to organize your teams and tackle your routes. Yeti Support Doc & Training Video

Flagging

Operators now have the ability to flag a site. By clicking the button on the mobile app, they can bring attention to sites that need extra attention or services. A flag will appear on the records displayed on the dispatch page. Dispatchers can then take note and investigate more. Sending out more resources where necessary.

Updated features: Photo & Dispatches

Photos

Yeti has updated its photo-taking feature to include the numbering of photos. The sequential numbering helps to maintain a clear and organized system for photos. This will make it easier to track changes over time and pull the necessary photos you need for reports and other documentation.

You also now have the ability to set a minimum number of photos per site. Reducing the risk of your operators not submitting the necessary number of images of the site as well as making it easier to maintain customer exceptions.

Dispatch routes

If a dispatched route is not performed after 48 hours, it will no longer be available on the mobile app for your operator to perform. If the route has been started by an operator then it will be limited to the next 12 hours. Yeti Support Doc

App update

Our Mobile App will be updated to our newest version. Bringing you new features as well as optimizing our current one. Please make sure your Yeti Mobile App is updated to date by heading to your App store.
