Are you having trouble finding your Dispatch Route on the Routes page?

Since the Dispatch Route was designed to be performed only once, it will disappear off the dispatch page after a time limit. You’ll no longer be able to see it on your Routes page or when searching through the text field at the bottom of the page. The Dispatch Route disappears 18 hours after it has been performed OR disappears after 48 hours if nobody has performed it,

There is, however, an option to see it by clicking on the filter at the bottom of the page and selecting the option “Closed Dispatches” to find the executed Dispatch Route.
