What’s New – July 2024

Service (Hourly): This new charge type lets you charge your client based on a set ‘rate’ and the amount of ‘time on site’. Note: You can also set rates and time-on-site minimums for paying your subcontractors as well.

Massive Requirement Change: This feature will allow you to do one type of change to multiple sites at the same time. You can use it to turn on requirements such as before and after Photos as well as requirements. Add Services with their Rates, Minimum Hours and Charge Type. If you have signed up for our weather Add-on then you can also use this feature to add weather

Minimum Time: You can now set a minimum time for service depending on the charge type. If the service is completed quicker than the minimum time set a flat rate will be applied for the total cost. If it takes longer than the minimum time set the total bill will be based on the actual time spent and rate set.
