Demo records

After you subscribe to the Yeti platform, you will see some records in your company such as Route, Sites, Services, Equipment, and a user to test on the mobile phone. 

This is a way to make it easier for you to navigate the system the first time and simulate how your operators will use the mobile app.

When you start the shift on the mobile app, you can see it on the Dispatch screen. When you click on the record, you have more information from your crew such as the Route and the Sites that belong to this Route.

If the operator forgot to end the shift, you can click on “close shift” on the Dispatch page, and approve the record.
