Quickbooks Online Invoice Push

      For some reason when I push an invoice to quickbooks online the customer’s email is excluded in the invoice even though the customer’s email is in Yeti in multiple places as well as in quickbooks online. Also Credit card payments are turned off for that invoice even though they are turned on in the quickbooks account. If I created a new invoice manually in quickbooks online the email address is autofilled and credit card payments are turned on as expected.

      I am having the same issue, it is on Yetis side. It does not help that there isn’t a support number to call. It’s all through email and takes longer than needed.
